A: Once we confirm everything well, then we can make an invoice with bank account for you. 50% as a deposit and we will start production. The balance payment can be sent before delivery. A: TT & L/C at sight & Western Union (30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment)
Q: Can I pay with 100% L / C?
A: Accept 100% L / C form.
Q: Will you give me a 50 % invoice for customs purpose?
A: Yes, it is no problem.
Q: I don’t have enough funds, can the deposit be lower?
A: Sure, although customers generally need to pay a deposit of 30% or 50%. If you sincerely cooperate with us and can prepare the balance as soon as possible, we can negotiate the deposit.
Q: How can I cooperate with you if I don’t have enough money?
A: I can offer a more convenient payment method for you with a credit card. You can pay with ALIBABA line. It is also more security for you.
Q: How long will it take for you to receive the deposit after I pay?
A: Normally the deposit reaches the beneficiary immediately as soon as it is made at Western Union.
Q: How do I know if my money has reached the beneficiary?
A: After you pay, you will have a proof of payment with a tracking number. We will go to the bank for verification according to the MTCN Number. After receiving the payment, I will notify you in time.
Q: Need customs clearance? What taxes do I need to pay?
A: Customs clearance is required, but about tax, you’d better ask in your own country, because we don’t know exactly what you need to pay there.

Q: What is the time of manufacturing the order product?
A: After paying the deposit, our production department will produce immediately.
Q: What is the ship date?
A: Different products have different ship dates. For example, the lead time of a kids ferris wheel is about 15 days, a dragon roller coaster 30 days, a bumper car just 7 days, and a swing chair around 30 days. Generally speaking, the lead time of one amusement ride is around 7-30 days. If the order is more than one product, then the lead time can be negotiated. What’s more, if the product you need is in stock, we can ship it to you immediately. Just tell us what you need so we can give you a certain answer.
